IHEA Announces 2016-2017 Board & Officers
At IHEA’s 87th Annual
Meeting in Colorado Springs, CO, The Industrial Heating Equipment Association
announced its 2016-2017 Board of Directors and Executive Officers.
Serving as President is Daniel Llaguno of Nutec Bickley. Scott
Schindlbeck of Honeywell I&CT was named IHEA Vice-President,
and Mike Shay of H.E.A.T. Combustion Solutions was elected
Treasurer. Outgoing president, B.J. Bernard of Surface
Combustion assumes the role of Past President.
IHEA is proud
of the work and commitment of the entire Board of Directors. Continuing
their service for 2016-2017 are Jay Cherry, Wellman Furnaces;
Tim Lee, Maxon – A Honeywell Co.; Francis Liebens, SOLO
Swiss, John Podach, Fostoria Process Equipment, a div. of TPI
Corp.,John Stanley, Karl Dungs; Michael Stowe, Advanced
Energy; KK Tiwari, Selas Heat Technology Co. LLC; and Jeff
Valuck, Surface Combustion, Inc. Incoming President Daniel Llaguno
remarks, “I´m proud and honored to be leading IHEA for the 2016-2017 period
when exciting initiatives will take place to position IHEA for a bright
future.”

Línea de Tratamiento Térmico SOLO Swiss 302 para elementos de sujeción ARaymond, Grenoble FRANCIA 2015
SOLO Swiss ha entregado una nueva línea automática de tratamiento
térmico para fijaciones que tiene 7 Tn/día de capacidad, en ARaymond, Grenoble
Francia.
Es el 8º horno entregado por SOLO Swiss al grupo ARaymond en Francia y
Alemania.
La nueva línea incluye un cargador
de cesta automático con vastidores para almacenamiento de las piezas. El horno
de cinta transportadora de 200 kW, dedicado a la austenización está equipado
con 2 turbo-convectores y con un sistema de regulación del potencial de
carbono. Incluye también un tanque de temple para sales con carrousel y 4
cestas cilíndricas de 250 litros cada una. Lavado por centrifugación a alta
temperatura mediante el vertido a 2 tanques de temple conectados a un
evaporador con reciclado de sales y una centrifugación por aire caliente para
el secado. La paletización se controla automáticamente por un robot.
Esta nueva línea está controlada por
el Sistema de Proceso de Control AXRON Swiss.
