SOLO Swiss Mesh belt furnace with salt quenching tank for heat treatment of fasteners

SOLO Swiss, builder of industrial controlled atmosphere furnaces since 1945, just launched a 302-45/400 heat treatment furnace for an industrial supplier of quick fastener systems in Germany.
This SOLO Swiss furnace includes an austenitizing, carburizing and carbonitriding furnace up to 950°C, a 450°C salt quenching tank with carrousel, a washing machine for the automatic washing after salt quenching and an AXRON Swiss Technology control and management system www.axron.com.
The technical data of the SOLO Swiss mesh belt furnace includes :
-        A maximum production of 200 kg/hour
-        A width of the working zone of 450 mm for an height of 120 mm on a length of 4000 mm with a total heating power of 136 kW
-        Some protective gases for this furnace: Endo gas, N2 nitrogen, air, CH4 natural gas and C3H8 propan
This mesh belt furnace has many advantages, including :
-        A full automatic heat treatment line
-        A centralized management system for the complete line
-        Two turbo convection systems
-        A highly-focused heat treatment for guaranteed quality thanks to processes performed under confined atmospheres within a metal gas-tight channel and an efficient convection of the gas
-        This mesh belt furnace with a carrousel quenching tank has achieved so far unmatched results
