STEP 2, one year later : Addition of a tempering furnace

STEP 3, six months later : Addition of a washing machine with 2 spray water tank after oil quenching

Our customer obtained a SOLO expanded heat treatment line in 3 steps, following his growing needs !

PROFITHERM batch furnaces are a unique, multifunctional arrangement of bell-type furnace and multiple quench tanks. It allows a direct & rapid transfer of the load from furnace(s) to quench tank(s).
