SOLO Swiss, builder of industrial controlled atmosphere furnaces since 1945, started up a bell type furnace type Profitherm 600 for the french representant of an international manufacturer of drill bits.
This SOLO Swiss bell type furnace allows the heat treatment of drills bits by heating and maintaining in temperature, then cooling under 100% hydrogen atmosphere.
The dimensions of the machine are 3650 mm width, 5350 mm height and 3100 mm depth and its weight is about 6000 kg.
The useful loading dimensions are 800 mm diameter, 1100 mm height for a surface of 0,50 m2, a volume of 0,5 m3 and a maximum weight of a load about 600 kg.
