FUNCTIONALITIES

Temperature-controlled by PID (cascade).
%C controlled with O2 probe and CO-CO2 analyzer.
On-line calculation of the part’s carbon distribution profile, effective depth and surface carbon.
Flexible programming of processing profiles with recipe library; stop-start on weekly schedule and deferred start to processing.
Management of peripherals: coolers, analyzers, quenching tank. Loading and unloading system control, automation of the quenching system, with secured manual control systems.
Calibration of the measuring instrument and sensors (AT) and calibration of the heating chamber (TUS).
Specific screens for capturing production monitoring information.
 “T” models provide process value archiving (.CSV format) on detachable storage medium (USB) and on a network drive; PC software for graphic display of files generated can be supplied with the device.
